Bir tencereye su ekleyip kaynamaya b\u0131rakal\u0131m. Karalahanay\u0131 g\u00fczelce y\u0131kayal\u0131m ve ince ince keselim. Su kaynad\u0131ktan sonra karalahanay\u0131 10 dakika ha\u015flayal\u0131m. Lahanay\u0131 y\u0131kad\u0131ktan sonra ince ince do\u011frayarak tuzlu suda 15 dakika kadar ha\u015flay\u0131p s\u00fczelim ve bir kenarda bekletelim. Bir tencereye s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131 alal\u0131m, ince yemeklik do\u011franm\u0131\u015f so\u011fanlar\u0131 ekleyerek kavural\u0131m. Ard\u0131ndan bulgur, ha\u015flanm\u0131\u015f m\u0131s\u0131r ve barbunyay\u0131 da koyarak kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ral\u0131m. 6 su barda\u011f\u0131 s\u0131cak suyunu da ilave ederek kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ral\u0131m ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 dakika k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firelim. Pi\u015fmesine yak\u0131n m\u0131s\u0131r ununu bir k\u00e2sede yar\u0131m bardak su ile p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz bir k\u0131vam alana kadar kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ral\u0131m ve \u00e7orban\u0131n i\u00e7erisine ekleyerek 5 dakika daha pi\u015firelim. Bir miktar kaynad\u0131ktan sonra ate\u015ften alal\u0131m. Lahanalar y\u0131kan\u0131p ince ince do\u011fran\u0131r. Kaynayan suda ha\u015flan\u0131r. Tam ha\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce yakla\u015f\u0131k 5-6 dakika sonra i\u00e7ine yar\u0131m \u00e7ay barda\u011f\u0131 bulgur ve k\u00fcp k\u00fcp do\u011franm\u0131\u015f havu\u00e7lar eklenir. Bulgur \u015fi\u015fip havu\u00e7lar pi\u015fince alt\u0131 kapat\u0131l\u0131r ve suyu s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr. Di\u011fer taraftan ba\u015fka bir tencerede ince do\u011franm\u0131\u015f so\u011fanlar s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f ile birlikte kavrulur. Biber sal\u00e7as\u0131 ve maydanozlar da eklenerek kavurmaya devam edilir. Daha sonra ha\u015flanan karalahanalar i\u00e7ine eklenip g\u00fczelce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Kaynam\u0131\u015f tuzlu suda lahanalar\u0131 yumu\u015fayana kadar ha\u015flay\u0131n ve s\u00fczgece al\u0131n. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 6-7 dakika s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Tencereye tereya\u011f\u0131 koyarak pembele\u015finceye kadar so\u011fan\u0131 kavurun. E\u011fer k\u0131ymal\u0131 yapmak istiyorsan\u0131z k\u0131ymalar\u0131 bu ad\u0131mda ekleyebilirsiniz. Kaynamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda pirin\u00e7 ve bulguru ilave ederek suyunu \u00e7ekinceye kadar k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte b\u0131rak\u0131n. Kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatarak sarma i\u015flemine ba\u015flayana kadar bu \u015fekilde bekletin. Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7 biraz so\u011fudu\u011funda dolmalar sar\u0131larak tencereye s\u0131ralan\u0131r. Dolmalar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kacak kadar s\u0131cak su eklenir ve k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firilir. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 dakika sonra kontrol edilerek suyu kalmam\u0131\u015fsa 1-2 bardak daha su ilave edilir. Dolmalar\u0131n yanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in suyu arada bir kontrol edilmelidir. \u00dczerine s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f gezdirilir ve tekrar kapa\u011f\u0131 kapat\u0131larak k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015fmeye devam edilir. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 15-20 dakika sonra sarmam\u0131z pi\u015fecektir.
