Neoklasik \u00fcslupta, G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane\u2019den getirilen k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 bazalt ta\u015flarla y\u0131\u011fma tarz\u0131nda, iki katl\u0131, dikd\u00f6rtgen planl\u0131 yap\u0131lan eserin kap\u0131 ve pencere detaylar\u0131 ah\u015fapt\u0131r. Her \u015fey M\u0131s\u0131r H\u0131divi Abbas Hilmi Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n buraya av k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fc, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131n \u0130skenderiye \u015fehrine de tren gar\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak istemesiyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Ne var ki malzeme y\u00fckl\u00fc iki gemi gidece\u011fi adresleri kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. Dalaman\u2019a av k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fc yerine tren gar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak malzemeler, \u0130skenderiye\u2019ye tren gar\u0131 yerine av k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fc malzemeleri gitmi\u015f. B\u00f6ylece Dalaman\u2019a tren gar\u0131 \u0130skenderiye\u2019ye av k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fc in\u015fa edilmi\u015f. Hatta Dalaman\u2019daki yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne tren raylar\u0131 ve gi\u015fe de in\u015fa edilmi\u015f ama yap\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6rmeye geldi\u011finde s\u00fcrprizle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan M\u0131s\u0131r H\u0131divi taraf\u0131ndan bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmler kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.
